"Lee Ander Grimmett, 83, of Raven, went to be with the Lord March 20 at his home surrounded by his loving family. "Born in Logan, W.Va., he was a son of the late James Okey and Eskie Hatfield Grimmett. He made his home in Raven since 1955 and was of the Holiness Faith. He was a 31 year retired coal miner with Pittston Coal Company and was a member of the United Mine Workers of America Local Union #1760. He loved spending time with his family and two favorite dogs, Penny and Susie. "In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one son, Larry Grimmett; one granddaughter; five sisters, Nancy Vider, Betty Peck, Louisia Workmen, Myrtle Hatfield and Vicie Bryant; and three brothers, Joe Grimmett, Naaman Grimmett and James Grimmett.
