"In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his two brothers Freddie Lane, and Jeffrey Dean Lane. His Nephew Calvin Lane.
"Those left to cherish his memory include his loving wife of 24 years Mellisa New. His daughter Autumn Lane and her companion Kole Bozic. His Step- Son, Dakota New. Two brothers, Sidney Lane, and Donnie Lane. Three very dear friends, Joe Ross, Jason Cook, and Bill Cassady. His beloved Dog, Buck. A host of extended family and countless friends.

"Paula Ann McKinney, 75, passed away Friday, June 12, 2026, at McDowell Healthcare Center in Welch."Born June 6, 1951, in Mullens, WV, she was the daughter of the late Ulvert Paul McKinney and Billie Kate McKinney.
"Paula was a highly dedicated teacher and spent many years teaching at Pineville Riverside School. Following a rewarding career, she retired from Wyoming County Board of Education.
"She was the last surviving member of her family.
"In keeping with Paula’s wishes, she will be laid to rest, during a private, sunrise service at Palm Memorial Gardens."
