Jeannie was born December 15, 1956, in Welch, WV, a daughter of the late Harvey and Rosetta Lane Cline."She was a woman whose kindness, understanding, and accepting heart touched everyone who knew her. She was always there to listen without judgment, offering comfort, love, and a safe place for anyone who needed it. Through life’s challenges, she remained gentle and compassionate—a truly beautiful soul who gave love freely and unconditionally.
"Jeannie was preceded in death by her parents Rosetta Lester, Paul Lester and Harvey Cline; beloved husband, James Mullins; Her sons, Jimmy Mullins and Jody Mullins; and her daughter, Jennifer Mullins.
