"In addition to her father, Doc Scott, Pheobe was preceded in death by her son, Jonahan Potter and her partner of many years, Gary Neblett.
"Survivors include her mother, Clara Scott of Jolo, WV; a daughter, Benda (Mark) Helmandollar of Bluefield, WV; two sons, David Scott of the home and Albert Potter of War, WV; one sister, Sally (James) Anderson of Bluefield, WV; two grandchildren, Sarah Riley and Isaiah Riffe; and three nieces, Courtney, Ashley and Jami.
