"WYCO (RNS) --- Funeral services for Henry Franklin Coleman, 52, of Wyco will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday in the Wyco Baptist Church with Rev. Nick Lewis and Rev. James Bly in charge. Burial will be
in Greenwood Cemetery.
"Coleman died at 5:20a.m. Wednesday in a local hospital after a long illness.
"Born in Seven Mile Port (sic, Ford), VA,. he was the son of the late John and Florence Coleman and was a retired coal miner and was a veteran of World War II.
"Survivors include his wife, Lacoma; three daughters, Brenda Washington of Washington, D.C. and Sandy and Anita, both of the home; six sons, John, Donaldlee and Carl, all of Wasjhingtom, D.C., and David, Franklin and Steven, all at home; four sisters, Louise Walter, Mrs. Virginia Carter, Mrs Aldora Cowans and Mrs. Naomi Canaday, all of Beckley, and three grandchildren.

"Luther was a lifelong resident of Wyoming County and a member of Rock Castle Baptist Church. He was a disabled miner from U.S. Steel and served in the U.S. Army during Vietnam. He loved being outdoors and enjoyed camping, fishing, hunting and woodworking.

"Pauline was a graduate of Mullens High School, and during World War II she served with the Military Intelligence Division of the War Department. She was a lifelong resident of Mullens.
"Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, J.F. "Doc" Stennett; a sister, Norma McGraw; and a brother, W.B. "Barb" McGraw.
