"Ruth Branham Mounts"Ruth Ann Branham Mounts, 34, of Highway 47, died Sunday night, Feb. 25, 2001, at her home after a sudden illness.
"The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Davidson Funeral Home Chapel by the Rev. Clyde Akers. Burial will be in Forest Hill Memorial Park.
"Mrs. Mounts was born Feb. 28, 1966, in McDowell County, W.Va., to Burl Branham and Rebecca Mageline DePriest Branham. She was a homemaker and was preceded in death by her father and a brother, George Lee Branham.
"Surviving are Kenneth R. Mounts of the home; two sons, Michael Mounts and Eugene Mounts of the home; her mother of Iaeger, W.Va.; eight brothers, James Branham, Burl Branham Jr. and Robert Branham, all of Lexington, David "Tony" Branham of Linwood, Joey Branham of Silver Valley, Larry Branham of Salisbury and Lewis DePriest and Billy Ray Branham, both of Iaeger; and two sisters, Telia Justice of Southmont and Barbara Mae Branham of Iaeger.

"Wilma Sue Hutchinson, 74, of Jesse WV went home to be with her Lord on February 28, 2026 at the Bowers Hospice House. She was born on August 1, 1951 in Welch, WV a daughter of the late PD “Pete” Bragg and Wilma Lee Cook Bragg. Sue was a member of the Brenton Church of God in the Name of Christ Jesus. Sue adored her children, grandson and great grandchildren. Mikie was her sunshine. Most importantly Sue loved Jesus. Left to cherish her memory are her Husband of 53 years Mikel Hutchinson her son Mikel “Mikie” Hutchinson Jr of Jesse WV, her daughter Sara (Kenny) Wray of Oceana, WV Brothers Dale “Butch” Bragg of Beckley, WV and Greg “Smokey” Bragg of Radford VA a Grandson Isaiah (Madi) Wray of Kopperston, WV and two Great Grandchildren Augustus and Avonlea Wray and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. Funeral service will be held at 2 pm on Sunday, March 8th in the Chapel of Stafford Family Funeral Home, Lynco, WV with Rev. Kenny Wray and Rev. Irvin Lee officiating. She will be laid to rest in Cook’s Cemetery, Jesse, WV. Friends may gather with the family from 6-9 pm on Saturday, March 7th at the funeral home. Pallbearers will family and friends.
