"Wanda Lee Nutter Cobb, 72, of Davin, WV went home to be with the Lord on Friday, January 30, 2026 at her home. II Timothy 4:7 I Have fought a good fight I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: She was born on March 6, 1953 in Creston WV a daughter of the late Roy and Dixie Elkins Nutter. Wanda was a member of the Gilman Bottom House of Prayer. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her loving husband of 23 years Jerry Bryce Cobb, her infant son Harold Crouse, Jr., her twin brother Russell Nutter, brothers Donald Elkins and Franklin Nutter Maynard, and her grandparents Arthur and Mary Nutter and John and Anna Laura Elkins. Survivors include her children Tommy McCoy, Jr. and wife Amy and Jessica Wells and husband Marvin, a brother Homer Ed Nutter, sisters Nancy Gibson and Dorothy Brooks, her fur babies Toby and Oscar, and a host of other loving family and friends. Funeral service will be held at 12 pm on Friday, February 6th in the Chapel of Stafford Family Funeral Home, Lynco, WV with Pastor Allen Brown officiating. She will be laid to rest in Palm Memorial Gardens, Matheny, WV. Friends may gather with the family from 5-8 pm on Thursday, February 5th at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be family and friends. The family is being served by the Stafford Family Funeral Home, Lynco, WV."
