"William Dean “Bill” Keller, 82, of Oceana, WV passed away on January 17, 2026 at his home. He was born on October 11, 1943 in Arona PA a son of the late Leroy T. and Vera M. Baughman Keller. Bill was a member of the UMWA. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two sons David and Brian Keller, two daughters Kim George and Anna Keller, and a brother Cleaon Keller. Survivors include his loving wife Ava Y Keller, two sons William D. Keller, Jr and wife Melinda, Richard Keller and significant other Pam, two daughters Brenda Proctor and husband Gary, and Linda K. Decker, his grandchildren Crystal Keller Donjon, Ricky Keller, Brittany Keller, Cole Keller, Dylan Keller, Joshua Spears, Haley Keller, Brian Keller, Jennifer Dinello, Jerry George, Ronnie Keller, Amanda Keller, Allison Proctor, and Katie Proctor, and a host of great grandchildren, other loving family and friends. In keeping with his wishes, he will be cremated. The family is being served by the Stafford Family Funeral Home, Lynco, WV."
