"Sue Ellen Workman, 46, of Oceana, WV passed away on Thursday, October 30, 2025. She was born on June 28, 1979 in Logan, WV a daughter of Carolyn Cook and the late Kenneth Workman. Sue Ellen’s favorite thing to do was spend time with her horses. She also enjoyed taking care of her animals, playing sports with her boys, riding her four-wheeler, hunting, fishing and going on vacation with her family. In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by her son Easton Lee Workman, grandmothers Kathleen Workman and Violet Whitt, grandfather Johnny Thomas, and a brother Kenneth Lee Workman. In addition to her mother, those left to cherish her memory include her wife Amanda Wright, a son Ashton Reed (Sophie), a brother Jonathan Workman, her step father Ronald Cook, a niece Brianna Workman, a great nephew Hudson Ballengee, and a host of other loving family and friends. Funeral service will be held at 12 pm on Monday, November 10th at the Christ Community Church, Jesse, WV. Friends may gather with the family from 11 pm until time of service on Monday at the church. Sue Ellen will be cremated. The family is being served by the Stafford Family Funeral Home, Lynco, WV.

He was born on April 11, 2019 in Logan, WV a son of Amanda Wright and the late Sue Ellen Workman. Easton attended Glen Fork Elementary and Middle School. He enjoyed playing all the sports there was to play but his favorite was football. He also loved to go hiking and fishing with his Mamaw and Papaw, he loved anything to do with his big brother Ashton, and looking at the moon with his MiMi. Easton also took right up with his mother Sue with his love for horses. In addition to his mother, he is preceded in death by his great grandmothers Kathleen Workman and Violet Whitt, his great grandfathers Johnny Thomas and Kenneth Lee Workman. In addition to his mother, those left to cherish his memory include a brother Ashton Reed (Sophie), his grandmother Carolyn Cook, his grandfather Ronald Cook, an uncle Jonathan Workman, cousins Brianna Workman and Hudson Ballengee, and a host of other loving family and friends. "Cindy Jewell Nelson, 63, of Pineville, WV, passed away peacefully on April 12, 2023 at Logan Regional Medical Center, Logan, WV following a long illness. She was born on January 15, 1960 in Raleigh County, WV a daughter of the late Garmon Nelson and Olivia Adkins. Cindy is a 1978 graduate of Oceana High School. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by an infant daughter Jessica Dawn Osborne and her only brother William Osborne, Jr. Those left to cherish her memory are her two sons Chris Nelson and Joe Osborne, Jr. and companion Chell, a sister Sarah Blankenship and husband Leroy, nine grandchildren Christina Nelson, Blake Lester, Emily Lowery, Deavan Lowery, Lacy Ann Lester, Nikki Hendricks, Savannah Hendricks, Christian Osborne and Haylee Osborne, a great grandchild Shiloh, and a host of other loving family and friends. In keeping with her wishes she will be cremated. A memorial service will be held Saturday 29th at 2pm at Little Pilgrim Freewill Baptist Church with Dave Hatfield officiating. "Christopher Anthony Nelson, 40, of Stephenson, WV passed away on Tuesday, November 4, 2025 at CAMC General, Charleston, WV. He was born on July 15, 1985 in Beckley, WV a son of the Late Tony Albert Simpson and Cindy Jewell Nelson. Christopher was a United States Iraq Army Veteran having served Iraq. His greatest love was his daughter, traveling, cooking, gardening, playing the guitar and a variety of other hobbies. In keeping with his wishes, he will be cremated. A memorial service will be held at 1 pm on Saturday, November 15th at the Sunhill Country Church, Sunhill, WV with Pastor Jay Blankenship officiating.
