"Jimmy Dean Webb, 65, of Pineville, WV departed this earthly life for his heavenly home on Tuesday, October 14, 2025 at Raleigh General Hospital, Beckley, WV. He was born on May 17, 1960 in Mullens, WV a son of the late Carlos Bernard and Mary Odessa Short Webb. Jimmy loved fishing, gardening and loved his dog cupcake. He loved his family and was a very kind hearted person who loved everyone he met. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a sister Marie Tilley, a sister-in-law Elizabeth Webb, and a nephew Matthew Webb. Those left to cherish his memory include his brothers Carlos Webb and companion Cyndi Lou of Louisianna, Eugene Webb and wife Rhona of Indiana, Charles Odell Webb of Sabine, David Paul Webb and wife Donna of Sandlick, Timmy Webb and wife Eva of Glen Rogers and Bobby Dawayne Webb of Sandlick, and a host of other loving family and friends. Funeral service will be held at 1 pm on Tuesday, October 21st at the Mattsville Baptist Church, Sandlick, WV with Bro. Henry Short and Rev. Billy Waddell, Jr. officiating. He will be laid to rest in the Pine Grove Cemetery, Ravencliff, WV. Friends may gather with the family from 12 pm until time of service on Tuesday at the church. Pallbearers will be David Webb, II, Tyler Meadows, Bryson Dillon, Matthew Brooks and Willis Tolliver. The family is being served by the Stafford Family Funeral Home, Lynco, WV."
