"Otis Edward Hagerman, 81, of Bradshaw, WV, passed away Tuesday, December 13, 2016, at the Clinch Valley Medical Center in Richlands, VA, following a long illness. Otis was born March 10, 1935, in Paynesville, WV, a son of the late John R. and Hettie Vance Hagerman. He was a retired coal miner. In addition to his parents Otis was preceded in death by four sons, Ricky Hagerman, Alvie Justice, John Hagerman and Tony Hagerman; one daughter, Rhonda Endicott; four brothers, Joe, Bill, Virgil, and James Newt Hagerman; and two sisters, Pinkie Hale and Rosie Belle. Survivors include his wife of 48 years, Irene Stiltner Hagerman of the home; six daughters, Rita Gaye Ferrell and husband Edward of Billings, MT, Brenda Gail Sparks and husband Roger of Bradshaw, WV, Karen Lynn Frasure and husband Dean of Lincolnton, NC, Tonya Sabrina Casey and husband Charles of Bandy, VA, Crystal Gayle Hagerman of Slate Creek, VA, and Brianna Cierra Riffe of Bradshaw, WV; two sons, Thomas Hagerman and wife Ruth of Avondale, WV and Adam Ray Hagerman of Bradshaw, WV; six sisters, Lula Waddell of Jolo, WV.
