"Philip Leonard Jr., 18, of Davy, WV, passed away Monday, September 15, 2025 at his home. He was born April 20, 2007 in Welch, WV."He is survived by his mother, Martha Mullins, a homemaker and step-father, Jamie Mullins of the home. He is also survived by his father, Philip Leonard Sr of Oak Hill, WV.
"Philip was employed by and enjoyed working for the City of Welch, he loved hanging out with his friends, music, walking, gensenging and working with his step-father, gaming, and spending time with his girlfriend.
"Other survivors include two brothers, Robert Lester, Jr. of Twin Branch and Jeremiah Leonard of Oak Hill.
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, September 20, 2025 at 12:00 noon from the Twin Branch Pentecostal Holiness Church in Twin Branch with Pastor Melissa Craft officiating. Burial will follow in the Asco Community Cemetery in Asco."Friends may call at the church Saturday from 11:00 AM to 12:00 noon.
