"Earnest Lee Morgan, 82, of Pineville, WV went home to be with the Lord on Friday, August 29, 2025 at his home. He was born on May 5, 1943 in Simon, WV a son of the late Ted H. and Mary M. Morgan. Earnest was a member of the Indian Creek Baptist Church. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two sisters Hazel (Earl) Harris and Creola (George) Sandau, brothers Rev. Jack (Mandy) Morgan, Charles “Tucker” Morgan, Posey (Peggy) Morgan, Earl Morgan, Robert Morgan and French Morgan, and a brother-in-law Rayburn New. Survivors include his children Leeann (Corey Paynter) Morgan of Pineville, Daniel Morgan of Pineville, Amanda (Dusty Justice) Morgan of Pineville, Adrienne Morgan of Oceana, Linda (Timmy) Clay of Lynco, Michael Morgan of Sunhill, and Darrell (Teresa) Morgan of Lynco, grandchildren Summer Lafferty, Destiney (Austin) Atwell, Tyler Lester, Daniel T.
