"Juanita Lockhart, age 91, of the Bandy section of Cedar Bluff, Virginia passed away at Tazewell Community Hospital in Tazewell, Virginia."She was born in Yukon, West Virginia and was the daughter of the late William H. and Rhoda Vandyke Tabor. She was a former employee of General Instrument Company in Tazewell, Virginia and attended Lake Park Freewill Baptist Church in Richlands, Virginia. She was a lifelong resident of the Bandy area. Juanita spent her life taking care of other people and was well known for her constant smile and distinctive laugh. She will be missed by all those who knew and loved her. Juanita was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
"In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Lockhart; two daughters, Marilyn Sue Lockhart and Patricia Ann Lockhart; step-mother, Grace Henkle Tabor; one sister, Georgia Madelle Tabor; four brothers, Edward Tabor, Jessee Tabor, Troy Tabor and R. C. Spence.
