"Linda Sue Cline Toler, 75, of Oceana, WV went home to be with the Lord on Thursday November 26, 2020. Linda attended the Apostolic House of Faith."She was born on July 4, 1945 in Wyoming County, WV to the late Verner George Cline (1914-1965) and Dicie Ethelene Kenneda-Cline (1916-Deceased). In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by an infant son, Verniece William Osborne (1966-1966); two sisters, Arbutis Cline-Morgan (1936-Deceased) and Brenda Cline (Deceased); and three brothers, Buell Franklin Cline (1936-Deceased), Bobby Cline (Deceased) and Freddie Cline (Deceased).
