"Rhianna Eve Blackwell, 25, of Bradshaw, WV, passed away Tuesday, March 4, 2025 at her home in Bradshaw.'Rhianna was born August 27, 1999 in Elkton, MD a daughter of Steven and Tammy Parsons Blackwell. Rhianna was born with Lissencephaly and was given only a life span of two years by doctors. This little miracle of God has shown that doctors aren’t always correct. Our Little Warrior Princess was blessed to be a part of our lives for 25 wonderful years. Rhianna loved spending time with her family, especially her mom mom, Donna Muncy. She enjoyed watching Dora and Barney and loved to stay up late at night and bang her maraca on the wall; making her own music. Rhianna enjoyed chicken and dumplings and chocolate pudding. Even though Rhianna couldn’t speak she spoke volumes with her eyes. She was a true miracle and we were all blessed beyond measure to have known her.
'Rhiana was preceded in death by her grandmother, Loretta Muncy; aunts, Linda Muncy and Sandra Rowe and a cousin, Cruz Flores.
