She had worked at King Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician, and was a former manager of Pizza Hut in Welch. She was of the Pentecostal Holiness Faith.
"In addition to her father she was preceded in death by a brother Terry Ray Smith.
"In addition to her mother those left to cherish her memory are her husband Donald Riggs of Big Sandy; two daughters, Kaitlyn Mills and husband Jessie of Jolo and Misti Dawn Church and husband Robert of Iaeger; a brother, Bryon Gail Smith II of Big Sandy; two sisters, Shelia Donn Smith McCoy and husband Billy of Roderfield and Robin Justice of Huntington; and 7 grandchildren, Dawson T. Lambert, Christian D. Lambert, Joirdan R. Lambert, Jessie Mills Jr., Brooklyn N. Mills, Luke J. Mills and Hunter G. Mills.
"Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, April 12 at 12 Noon from the Big Sandy Church of God in Big Sandy with Pastor Marie Bolden officiating. Burial will follow in Iaeger Memorial Cemetery in Roderfield.
