"Donald Lewis Mitchell, 67, of Asheboro, North Carolina, passed away Sunday, August 16, 2020 at Camden Clark Medical Center in Parkersburg, WV. Born June 3, 1953 in Welch he was the son of the late Paris Mitchell and Sadie Saunders Mitchell."He was a graduate of Welch High School.
"In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by six brothers, Robert, Charles, Alfred, Jesse and Roy Worthington and Ronald Mitchell; and one sister, Louise Hess.
"Left to cherish his memories are three brothers, Paul Mitchell of Welch, Johnny Mitchell of Christmas, FL, and Raymond Worthington of Baltimore, MD; and one sister, Ruby Land, of North Carolina.
Graveside services will be conducted Wednesday, August 19, 2020 at 1:30 PM from the Iaeger Memorial Cemetery in Roderfield with Reverend Scott Long officiating.
