"OCEANA - Arthur Lee Crouse, 42, died Monday, hours after he fell from the bed of a pick-up truck, according to the Logan state police detachment."Born October 9, 1939, at Lorado, he was a son of Anna Ruth Gibson-Crouse (Deceased) of Oceana and the late Jesse W. Crouse Sr. (Deceased). Arthur Crouse was a 1959 graduate of Oceana High School. He was a US Army Vietnam Veteran.
"He was prececed in death by an infant brother, Jesse W. Crouse Jr. (1946-1946).
