"PRINCETON — Della Mae Belcher, 96, of Princeton died Friday, March 10, 2017 at Glenwood Park Nursing Home.
Born December 28, 1920, in Herndon, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Mollie Ramsey Green. She was a homemaker and formerly worked for Thrift Drug for thirteen years. She was the oldest living member of Mt. Horeb United Methodist Church in Princeton."In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Reverend Roba C. Belcher, Sr.; two sons, Wayne and Michael Belcher; two sisters, Marie Davidson, and Kathleen Aliff; and three brothers, Kester, Jack, and Clinton Green.
She is survived by two sons, R.C. Belcher, Jr. and wife Nannie of Princeton, and Mark Belcher and wife Sharon of Bridgeport, WV; two daughters, Maurine Fields of Princeton, and Kathy Hartwell and husband Russell of Princeton; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren; and great-great-grandchildren; and one sister, Lena June Goodall of Huntington."Funeral services will be held at 12:00 noon Monday, March 13, 2017 at Mt. Horeb United Methodist Church in Princeton with Reverend Tommy Marsh officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Horeb Cemetery..."
