He was a retired auto mechanic and was affiliated with the Pentecostal Faith. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers, David and Ira Vincell. Survivors include his wife of 62 years, Phobeia Hall Vincell of the home; one daughter, Lula Christian of Marytown, WV; one son, Johnny Ray Vincell and wife Christine of Twin Branch, WV; three grandchildren, Joni Christian and boyfriend, JR Blankenship of Roderfield, WV; Julie and Richard Sizemore of Welch, WV; and Hannah Smallwood of Twin Branch, WV; five great grandchildren, Levi and Lea Lambert, Ethan and Cameron Blankenship and Brayden Smallwood; one sister, Lula Worth of Cleveland, OH; and a long time friend , Reverend Otis Lester of Gary, WV; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was a coal miner, retired tour bus driver, and a disabled Veteran. He loved to fish, tell jokes, keep in touch with his many friends across the country, and spend time with his family. In addition to his parents he was proceeded in death by one brother, William Jobe and three sisters: Shelby Asbury, Nina Mullins, and Sarita Puckett; and a son Andy Jobe. Survivors include his wife of 18 years Cathy Jobe, grandchildren Angelo Jobe (Vicky and son Aundric) and Antoinette Rubio (Nestor and children Amia, Nestor and Noah); step children Camille Clark (Steve), Stacey Boswell (Feb), Allen Hendry (Heather); ten step-grandchildren; one sister Frances Hagerman of Raysal, WV, and one brother Freddie Jobe and his wife Carol of Unionville, VA,; and several nieces and nephews.
