Born March 7, 1955, in San Bernardino, she was the daughter of the late Chester and Margaret Davies Buckland.She was a resident of McDowell County for the past 13 years. C Formerly, she was employed with Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. She was an animal lover and a great humanitarian.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Jim Thorne, and one sister, Adele Perry.Survivors include, one sister Sally Buckland Wakefield and husband Richard of Hoover Al; two nephews, Chris Lagan and wife Meredith of Hoover, Al, Tim Lagan and wife Toni of Hoover Al; several Great Nieces and Nephews.Per her request, the body has been cremated. Memorial services will follow at a later date..."

"Bobbie C. Daniels Bobbie C. Daniels passed away peacefully in her daughter's home in Locust Grove Va on September 13, 2018. Bobbie was born November 12,1930 in Damascus Va to the late Robert Lee and Rhoda Victoria Wright. She was the youngest of two children, her sister Jewel Augusta Wright Holley preceded her in death. Bobbie married the late Earnie Daniels and two children were born from this union. Bobbie enjoyed working as a cook, embroidery, ceramics and takin care of her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, Nannie and friend to many. She was preceded in death by her son in law Wiley Robert Wood, a granddaughter Sharon Wood and a great granddaughter Shelby Stafford. Bobbie leaves behind, to cherish her loving memory, her children Lee Daniels ( Cinda Daniels), Debbie Wood; seven grandchildren Tony Sean Fortunate, Robert Wade Lewis, Anthony Segalini (Candance Segalini), Tammie Stafford (Mike Stafford), Jason Segalini, Shawn Daniels (Kim Daniels), Josh Segalini (Sarah Segalini); fourteen great grandchildren, David Keeton, Victoria Keeton, Lexi Daniels, James Thompson, Cassidy Thompson, Melinda Lewis, Christopher Stafford, Bryleygh Daniels, Nevaeh Daniels, Autum Segalini, Holden Segalini, Lucas Lee Segalini, David Segalini, Jameson Segalini. Lots of nieces, newphews, cousins and very close friends. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, September 20, 2018 at 11 o’clock with Pastor Charles Rose and Pastor David Holley officiating at the Family Worship Center in Jolo, WV. Burial will follow in the Zion United Methodist Cemetery in Damascus, VA. ..."
