"She was preceded in death by her husband, Milton B. Harper (1920-1973) whom she married on December 31, 1941 in Oceana, Wyoming County, WV (per WV Marriage License Register, Wyoming County, WV, 1941, Page 313, Application Date: December 27, 1941).
