"Linda Levone Workman, 53, of Ridgeview WV went home to be with the Lord on May 29, 2019 at CAMC Memorial Hospital. She was the daughter of Lavy Davis of Hanover and the late Lemmie Lester. Linda was born on February 18, 1966. Her hobbies included playing with her grand babies and taking care of her farm. She was preceded in death by her father Lemmie Lester, her stepfather Gora Davis, and brother Seth Andrew Lester. Those left to cherish her memory are her mother Lavy Davis of Hanover, husband David Ray Workman of Ridgeview, sons: Stevie Lester (Joanetta) of Chapmanville; David Alin Workman (Rosie) of Charleston; Tyler Workman of Chapmanville; James Bogner (Meagan) of Alabama; 14 grandchildren; sister Patricia Walker (Lawrence) of Hanover; brother Douglas Lester (Ruth) of Hanover; mother-in-law Jewell Sammons of Chapmanville; and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, June 1, 2019, at 1 o’clock with Reverend Dennis Lester and Reverend Gary Walker officiating at the Chapel of Fanning Funeral Home in Iaeger. Burial will follow in the Emily Green Cemetery at Pad Fork near Hanover...."
