"Darlita Lynn Finley Stroupe, age 54, of Havaco Drive, Welch, WV died on Tuesday, January 23, 2018 at Welch Community Hospital."Born on February 19, 1963 in Welch, she was a daughter of the late John Alexander and Alma Jean Finley. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother and helped raise 2 special grandchildren. She was full of life, loved to laugh and enjoyed bowling. She lived in Welch her entire life and was of the Pentecostal Holiness Faith. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Deana “Dinky” Kidwell and a brother, Robert “Peanut” Finley.
