She was born June 15, 1915 in Wilmore, McDowell County, WV, a daughter of the late Harvey and Sarah Trent."She was preceded in death by
four sisters, Faye Auvil, Joan Jameson, Nona Barber and Maxine Legato;
three brothers, James Trent, Raymond Trent and Donald Trent."She attended Apostolic Life Cathedral, was a former beautician and had worked for the Huntington Dress Factory.

her daughter and son-in-law, Barbara and Donald Bell of Huntington;
her son and daughter-in-law, Wilfred and Jeanette Rider also of Huntington;
five grandchildren and their spouses, Scott (Lynda) Bell, Mark (Melissa) Bell, Brad (Jeanna) Bell, Sean Rider and Greg Rider;
