"Clifford Wayne Toler, 67, of Bluefield, WV, passed away Wednesday, September 25, 2019 in Bluefield Regional Medical Center."Wayne was born August 13, 1952 on Belcher Mountain near Welch, WV, a son of the late Clifford Harrison and Ruby Marie Belcher Toler. Wayne graduated from Welch High School with a vocational degree in off set printing. He worked for 27 years in the coal mines in McDowell County; he then drove a school bus for 13 years before being forced to retire due to health problems. Wayne was a faithful member of the Lorton Lick Baptist Church where he served as usher. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and riding motorcycles.
"In addition to his parents, Clifford H. and Ruby M. Toler, Wayne was preceded in death by his first wife, Judy Mosko Toler and one sister, Theresa Kay Toler.
