"Carl L. "Ben" Collins age 62, resided in Havaco, WV his entire life, and passed away on Thursday, October 31, 2019 in the comforts of his home. He was born in Williamson, WV, on March 27, 1957 and the son of the late Estella B. Collins Gray and Carl L. Collins Sr. After completing his education at Welch High School, he began working as a detail automotive specialist at Gianato-Pontiac Dealership and later worked for Jones Automotive, both in Welch. He was a life long member of Havaco Temple Missionary Baptist Church. Ben as he will lovingly be remembered was a die-hard Dallas Cowboys' fan and an Atlanta Braves' fan."In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Mack Earley and his sister, Yolanda "Diane" Collins; his maternal grandmother, Martha Jeffries and two uncles, Eddie Coats Jr. and William Davis.
