born on March 28, 1929 in Simon, WV a daughter of the late Bedford and Martha Toler. In addition to her
parents she is preceded in death by her husband Bobby Hughes; two brothers Victor(Cledith) Toler and
Billy (Rita) Toler; two sisters Norma Lee Toler and Shirley Hedrick; brother and sister -in - laws Jerry
Hedrick, Ed Hughes, James (Rubye) Hughes, Hazel (Ralph) Belcher, Drew (Ernest) Belcher, Celia (Bill) Toler
and Easter (Lonnie) Adkins. Survivors include two daughters Leda (Tommy) Toler and Julie (Rickie)
Browning all of Clear Fork; a son Bobby Scott (Kathy) Hughes of Hurricane; a sister Donna Faye Hedrick of
Pineville; a brother Benny I. (Ruth) Toler of Crouches Farm; a brother - in - law Jack Hedrick; a sister -in
-law Betty Hughes; eleven grandchildren Andrea Daniels, Tammy Thacker, Alesha (Chad) Lester, Lori Toler,
R.J. (Christina) Toler, Jonathan Toler, Joshua Toler, Ashley (Rocky) Scarbro, Shane Browning, Zach
Browning and Emily Browning; sixteen great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews and other loving
family and friends. Funeral services will be held at 2 PM on Sunday November 24th in the Chapel of
Stafford Family Funeral Home, Lynco, WV with Rev. Rickie Browning officiating. She will be laid to rest in
Hughes Family Cemetery, Sunhill, WV. Friends may gather with the family from 12 PM until time of services
on Sunday at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be family and friends. The family is being served by the

Wayne Ramey Kennedy

"Wayne Ramey Kennedy, 70, of Clear Fork WV surrounded by loved ones, went home to be with the lord on Sunday May 11th, 2025 following a long battle with cancer. He was born on May 13th, 1954 in McDowell County a son of the late Herman and Marie Kennedy. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two brothers Earl Kennedy and Terry Kennedy. Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 38 years Pam Kennedy, two son DJ Burgess and wife Dina of Sunhill, and Wayne Kennedy and partner Devan of Itmann, two grandsons David and his partner Brianna of Mullens, and Dakota and his partner Jenna of Sunhill, two bonus grandkids Skyler and Chris of Itmann, a brother Lewis and wife Donna “Sis” of Paynesville, two sisters Francis Blankenship of Gary and Sue McCoy of Panther, sister in law Denita Walker, brother in law Doug Hatfield, and a host of nieces, nephews and other loving family and friends. Wayne was an electrician in the coal mines for 37 years. In his free time, you would catch him on his pontoon with his family and dog Dutchess fishing or spending time with his three Amigos, Linda Noe, Sharon Renner, and Tammy Gibson. Funeral service will be held at 1 pm on Thursday, May 15th in the Chapel of Stafford Family Funeral Home, Lynco, WV with Bro. Johnny Brant officiating. He will be laid to rest in the Toler Cemetery, Laurel Branch, WV. Friends may gather with the family from 12 pm until time of service on Thursday at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be DJ Burgess, Wayne Kennedy, David Burgess, Dakota Burgess, Matt Lester, and Brandon Pelfrey. The family is being served by the Stafford Family Funeral Home, Lynco, WV."

"Linda Lucille Cox Cable, 67, of Keyrock, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, May 28, 2017 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Huntington. Born September 29, 1949, in Keyrock she was the daughter of Gladys Carothers and the late Romie Cox.

"She was a member of the Coon Fork Church. Linda loved gardening and working in her flowers. She enjoyed flea markets and yard sales. She always loved to attend the Seniors dinner at Cook Memorial Baprtist Church. She loved gospel music and loved going to singings.

"Linda was preceded in death by an infant daughter; a brother, Bobby Carothers, her sister Drema Carothers, and her cousin and dear friend Kay Orndorff.

"In addition to her mother, those left to cherish her memory, include her children, Michael Cable, Jamie Cable and Patty Cable all of Keyrock; grandson, Cody Cable; sisters, Ruth O’Neal of Turkey Creek and Jeannie Cook and her husband Tommy of Jesse; her step-father Bob Carothers of Keyrock, a special “little buddy” Hannah Cable of Mullens; sister in law Martha Carothers of Kopperston and a host of family and friends...."

"Roy Mosley, 80, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, October 27, 2020 at his home. Known to many as
“PawPaw Roy”, he was born on April 15th, 1940, in Glen Rogers, WV a son of the late John Moseley and Violet
Stewart-Moseley. Roy served four years in the United States Marine Corps and was a Jack-of-all-trades
thereafter. He diligently tried to help others learn what he had learned and took every opportunity to pass
along the knowledge he had acquired with a lifetime of experience to all around him. Roy loved to spend time
with his family and friends throughout his entire life. Ever present in his children, grandchildren, and great-
grandchildren’s lives, he was a fixture around which they all drew strength. Roy is going home to reunite with
those who are in the Lord’s presence before him to include his parents John and Violet; his brothers Bill, Jack,
and Ted; and his sisters Lucille, Alice, and Dixie. Roy left a lasting impression on everyone he met in life. Among
those left to cherish the memories and experiences shared with him are his wife Marilyn Greer Mosley; his
brother Jerry Mosley and wife Barbara; children Richard (Antje), Joshua (Natalie), Thaddeaus (Sylvia), Cody
(Mary), Donald Purdue (Angela), and Shawn; grandchildren Cory, Brianna, Nicholas, Alex, Skyler Mosley Bailey
(Gabe), Hailey Mitchell (Thomas), Dakoda, Haley, Abbigail, Annalee, John, and Kenlee; great-grandchildren
Amiah Fuller, Ridlee Bailey, Octavia Mitchell; nieces and nephews; extended family; and friends to include Larry
and Betty Burgess and Steve and Nancy Snuffer. Funeral service will be held at 1 pm on Saturday October 31st at
Stafford Family Funeral Home, with Rev. Ernest Francis, III and Rev. Scottie Lusk officiating. In keeping with his
wishes he will be cremated and laid to rest in Pine Grove Cemetery at a later date. Friends may gather with the
family from 12pm until time of service on Saturday at the funeral home. Due to Covid 19 a family gathering and
dinner will be held at a later time. Military rites will be conducted by the Wyoming County Veterans Honor
Guard."
