"Glen W. Mankins, 75, passed away Monday, July 31, 2006, in the University of Virginia Hospital, Charlottesville, VA, after a long illness. Born Aug 31, 1930, in Virginia, he was the son of the late Claude S. and Mary E. Marshall Mankins. Mankins was a lifelong resident of Lewisburg, a member of the Church of Incarnation, Episcopal in Ronceverte and was a self-employed bookkeeper. He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers, Dayton, Marvin, and Ray Mankins. Survivors include his significant other, Carolyn Mankins and her daughters, Angie and Alyssa Mankins all of Lewisburg; two daughters, Kerry Mankins of Charlotte, NC and Kelly Stuck of North Cumberland, PA; three sons, Rocky Mankins and Shane Mankins both of Spartanburg, SC and Geoff Thomas of Charlotte, NC; five brothers, Walter L. Mankins of Delaware, OH, Lewis A Mankins and wife, Betty of Butte, MT, William H. Mankins and wife, Nancy of Johnstown, OH, Bobby D. "Patricia Sue “Pat” Belcher, 79, of Oceana, WV, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at Kissito Healthcare, Bland, VA. She was born on February 6, 1947 in Buchannon County, VA as the daughter of the late John and Polly Ann Mullins Rife and was later adopted and cherished by her parents, the late Thurmond and Tessie Rife. Pat was a member of the Oceana Freewill Baptist Church. She loved her family and church family. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Danny Belcher, five sisters Retha Walker, Ellen Walker, Shelby Coleman, Brenda McMillan, and Judy Blankenship, two brothers Roland and Russell Rife. Those left to cherish her memories include two daughters Tonya Belcher and Melissa Cole Blankenship, and her sister Terenia Moody and husband Greg, a brother Andrew Rife and wife Janice, three grandchildren Shawn Miller (Dez Miller), Samantha Miller (Steven Tilley), and Axl Blankenship, two great grandchildren Addison Miller, and Maddlyn Miller, three step great grandchildren Colten, Mason and Melanie, and a host of other loving family and friends. Funeral service will be held at 7 pm on Tuesday, April 28th at the Oceana Freewill Baptist Church, Oceana, WV with Pastor Jackie Grimmett officiating. She will be laid to rest Palm Memorial Gardens, Matheny, WV. Friends may gather with the family from 6 pm until time of service on Tuesday at the church. Pallbearers will be family and friends. The family is being served by the Stafford Family Funeral Home."
