"Feb 9 2004 Mr. Edgar Romey Jeffrey, 83, of Indore, died Monday, February 9, 2004 at Montgomery General Hospital. He was born August 7, 1920 to the late William Patrick and Chessie Holcomb Jeffrey. He was a retired coal miner from Eastern Associated Coal Co. He was a member of the Rogers Fork Baptist Church the UMWA, and attended the Sycamore Community Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his wife: Faunice Jeffrey and a daughter, Linda. He is survived by:

"Jeffrey Brandsford Gibson, 67 years old, joined his family in Heaven March 7, 2025 as the last member of his original family. Jeff was born June 29,1957 in Mingo County, WV to Cecil Gibson and Bessie Kennedy Gibson. "Dorothy Diane Shepherd Lane, 62, of Steeles, WV, passed away at her residence on Tuesday, January 7, 2020 after an extended illness."Mrs. Lane was born December 30, 1957 in Welch, WV a daughter of the late Freelen and Jo Ann Walker Shepherd. She worked at Iaeger Family Clinic in Iaeger before her illness and was of the Christian faith.
"In addition to her parents Diane was preceded in death by one sister Debbie Lynn Shepherd; grandparents, Joe and Della Lester Walker and Frank Shepherd; along with several aunts, uncles and cousins.
"Survivors include her husband Donnie C.
