"Margie Gay Dula, 92, of Princeton, formerly of Elkton, MD and Elbert, WV died Wednesday, April 30, 2014 at Westwood Medical Park, Bluefield VA. Margie was a graduate of Gary High School, Class of 1940. She had spent the majority of her life in Maryland, having worked during World War II in an ammonization plant, and retired from the Triumph Corporation in Northeast, MD. While living in Maryland, she was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene Northeast. She moved to Princeton in March of 2011, to live with her sister, Juanita Myers-Alford and attended the Princeton Advent Christian Church."Born April 7, 1922, in Elbert, she was the daughter of the late Charles Newton Myers (1897-1950) & Nannie "Geneva" Wooldridge-Myers (1900-1999).In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Odell Dula (1922-1978), her two children, Lawrence Dale Dula (1945-2004) & Sandra Gay Dula-Brown (1949-1999); and her siblings, Howard Myers (Deceased), Orville Myers (Deceased), Bill Myers (Deceased), Wade Myers (Deceased), Roger Myers (Deceased), Fremont Myers (Deceased), & Lois Myers-Childress (Deceased).

"Naomi Ethel Altizer, 96, of Cedar Bluff VA, formerly of Caretta WV, passed away, Sunday, December 11, 2016 at Commonwealth Memory Care, in Cedar Bluff VA. Born, May 16, 1920, in Canebrake WV, she was the daughter of the late William and May Waldron Hager. She was a resident of Caretta WV, the greater part of her life and a member of the United Methodist Church. She was a resident of Commonwealth Memory care for the last three years.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by, her husband, Edward Earl Altizer, and four sisters and one brother.
