"Carl is the son of lsiah and Flora Belle
Vance Kennedy of Jolo. He has seven brothers
— Fred, Oliver, Elmer, Clarence, William,
Charlie and Steven — and four sisters — Etta,
Dorothy, Joann, and Carol Jean. Carl was born
