"Jackie was of the Pentecostal
Faith and attended Trinity Tem—
ple Pentecostal Holiness Church in
Welch, WV when possible, He en-
joyed old rock and roll music, cars,
gardening, and cooking. He was
most proud of his banana pudding.
Jackie was an avid fan of motorcy-
cles and riding his Harley David-
son.He enjoyed traveling and loved
spending time with his family.

preceded in death by one daughter,
Alice Marie Lee. Two sisters,Roxan—
na Lee, Carolyn Sue Lee and former
wife Patricia Reinhardt.

"Elbert Junior Rowe, 76, of Paynesville, WV, died Monday, June 19, 2017, at his residence. Elbert was born March 16, 1941, in Kentucky, a son of the late Plenie and Edna May Rowe. He was a retired Ashland Oil Company truck driver. Junior was of the Old Regular Baptist Faith and a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend to many. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. In addition to his parents, Plenie and Edna Rowe, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Foster and Beecher Sanders; one sister Imagene Smith; and a grandson, Jamey Riffe. Survivors include his loving wife of 57 years, Janice Branham Rowe of the home; two daughters, Edna “Sissy” Riffe and husband James of Compton Mountain, VA and Diane Coleman and husband Ronnie of Bluefield, WV; one son, Kenneth Rowe and wife Teresa of Paynesville, WV; six grandchildren, seven great grandchildren; two brothers, Marvin Sanders of Madison, WV and Billy J.
