"Richard “Sparky” Sparks, age 72 of Myrtle Beach died Saturday, April 19, at Grand Strand Regional Medical Center."Born in Welch, WV, Mr. Sparks was the son of the late Sherfield and Tisha Sparks. Mr. Sparks was a God fearing man who was strong in his faith and loved his family. He always made friends and never met a stranger.
