"Dautphine Hurley Kennedy, 69, of Hanover, WV, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday August 4, 2020 at
CAMC Memorial, Charleston, WV. She was born on June 27, 1951 in Welch, WV a daughter of the late Carolenius
Alonzo and Dena Stafford Hurley. Dautphine is a member of the Holy Cross Catholic Church of Pineville. In
addition to her parents she is preceded in death by twin sons Paul and Christopher Kennedy; a sister Patricia Ann
Sasser; and two brothers Timothy and Doug Hurley. Survivors include her loving husband of 50 years Michael
Kennedy; a daughter Rhianon (Shane Bragg) Kennedy of Shady Spring; five sisters Wanda (Joey) Cooper of Skin
Fork, Jenny (Shana) Hurley of Clendinon, Leslie Hurley of Pineville, Jody Hurley of Princeton and Ellen Hurley of
Princeton; a brother Donnie (Vicky) Hurley of Georgia; and a host of nieces, nephews and other loving family and
friends. Funeral Mass will be held at 1 pm on Tuesday August 11th in the Chapel of Stafford Family Funeral Home,
Lynco, WV with Father Binny Thomas Mulackal officiating. She will be laid to rest in Palm Memorial Gardens,
Matheny, WV. Friends may gather with the family from 12 pm until time of service on Tuesday at the funeral
home. The family is being served by the Stafford Family Funeral Home, Lynco, WV."
