"Mary was born November 20, 1947, in Jolo, WV, a daughter of the late Lenard and Annie Marie Phillips Kelly. She was a homemaker and of the Holiness Faith.
"In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Jim (sic,
