Hughes Sr. (1898-1974) and Fannie Dunford-Hughes (1901-1986). He was preceded in death by two sons, James Hobert Iski (Deceased), and Clarence Harvey Hughes (Deceased); and one daughter, Mary Elizabeth Hughes-Tester (Deceased).

"Climmie Marie Arnold Vance, 81, of Fanrock, WV, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, July 1, 2022 at her home. She was born on July 31, 1940 in Welch, WV a daughter of the late Josh and Lilly Margaret Mitchell Arnold. She was a loving mother and member of the Baileysville Baptist Church. Climmie enjoyed time in her garden, canning and working in Elections. She worked for over thirty years as a Teacher's Aide at Baileysville Elementary School for the Wyoming County Board of Education. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death her seven sisters Ethel, Carma, Clara, Martha, Rosie, Patty and Lettie, and three brothers Ellis, Henry and George Arnold. Survivors include her devoted son Tracy L. Vance of Fanrock, a daughter Teresa Vance Griffith and husband Lloyd Griffith of Hickory, NC, special nephew Shelby Arnold of Jewel Ridge, VA, a grandson Dawson Vance Mitchell, granddaughters Rhiannon, Caitlyn, Melyssa and Danica Griffith, great grandson Cooper, great granddaughter Ada, and a host of nieces, nephews and other loving family and friends. Funeral service will be held at 1 pm on Thursday, July 7th in the Chapel of Stafford Family Funeral Home, Lynco, WV with Pastor Ron Harvey officiating. She will be laid to rest in Kiser Cemetery, Buchanan County, VA. Friends may gather with the family from 12 pm until time of service on Thursday at the funeral home. The family would like to express a special thank you to the Keene family. The family is being served by the Stafford Family Funeral Home."
