Brewster who preceded her in death in 1999. She was also preceded in death by four of her seven natural born children: Thomas Sampson Harmon, Thelma Darlene Campbell, Junior Lee Brewster, and Karen Denise Johnson. Also by two grandchildren, Crystal Black and Jackie Johnson, and one great grandchild Sydney Black.

affiliated with the Church of Christ, formaly owned and operated Blankenship Grocery Store in Jolo and
was a past president of the Bradshaw Lions Club.
"In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Doyal Blankenship;
