She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother."Born on November 18, 1928, in Leckie, WV, she was a daughter of the late Ellis F. Anders Sr. (1900-1976) and Katie Brown-Anders (1907-1981). In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Howard Duvall Sr. (Deceased); a grandchild, Howard Earl Duvall Jr. (Deceased); two sisters, Rose Anders (1926-Deceased), and Lucille Anders-Sizemore (1938-1992); and two brothers, Ellis F.
