"Samuel Robert Canada, II, 57, of Glen Fork, WV passed away on Wednesday, September 17, 2025 at Bowers Hospice House, Beckley, WV. He was born on April 3, 1968 in Chicago, IL a son of Samuel Robert Canada of Ravencliff and the late Patricia “Patty” Leeson Canada. Samuel was a loving father, husband and pawpaw. He enjoyed spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, riding four wheelers and camping. He was a 1986 graduate of Glen Rogers High School. In addition to his mother, he is preceded in death by his grandparents Pauline Sturgill, Leelah Canada and Claude Canada, his mother-in-law Sissy Tilley, two brothers-in-law Kerry and Leslie Tilley, and his best friend Jay Tilley. In addition to his father, survivors include his loving wife of 31 years Kristy Tilley Canada, three children Andy (Misty) Sizemore, Samantha Canada and Katie Canada, three grandchildren Makaylee, Makiya, and Brantley Sizemore, two sisters Teresa (Rick) Terry, and Becca (Wayne) Toler, a brother Jason (Lisa) Canada, his father-in-law Charlie Tilley, a brother-in-law Todd (Anna) Tilley, nieces and nephews Jared, Claudia, Alana, Brandon, Des, Travis, Adam, Leslie Ann, Mason and Alivia, special friends Sonny Vance, Jeff Mullins and Bo Wray, and a host of great nieces, nephews and other loving family and friends. Funeral service will be held at 2 pm on Tuesday, September 23rd in the Chapel of Stafford Family Funeral Home, Lynco, WV with Pastor Richard Bailey officiating.
