Della was born January 20, 1935 in Avondale, WV, a daughter of the late Ewing and Lillian Workman Muncy. She was a homemaker and a member of the Family Worship Center in Jolo, WV. In addition to her parents, Ewing and Lillian Muncy, Della was preceded in death by her first husband, Marvin “Clayton” Branscome. and her second husband, Joe Lambert; an infant son; one grandchild, Kelly, and numerous siblings. Survivors include one son, Hobart Branscome of Ohio; two daughters, Kathy Vance and husband Roger of Michigan and Ava Elaine Vance and husband Russell of the home, who were also her caregivers; nine grandchildren, Angie, Stanley, Deca, Wendy, Mikey, Cristie, Shaina, Jason and Janice; numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; two brothers, Evaret Muncy of Ritter, WV and Ira Muncy of Ohio; two sisters, Ann Ferrell of Raysal and Lutisha Loomis of Ohio; and numerous nieces and nephews.
