"Mark Steven Toler, 57, of Claremont, NC, passed away on Friday September 18, 2020 at Carolina Caring
Hospice, Sherrill Ford, NC. He was born on August 28, 1963 a son of the late Peggy Ann Stewart and Earl
Edward Toler, Sr. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by a brother James Bruce Toler. Mark is a
United States Marine Corp. Veteran. Survivors include his daughter Ashli (Michael Hollar) Toler of Hudson,
NC; a son Steven (Darien Greer) Toler of Claremont, NC; four grandchildren Michael Toler, Joshua Hefner,
Alannah Toler and Carson Hollar; three brothers Earl Edward Toler, Jr. of Glen Fork, Tracy DeWayne (Rebecca)
Toler of Sabine and Calvert Richard (Melissa) Toler of Sophia; and a host of nieces, nephews and other loving
family and friends. Funeral services will be held at 2 pm on Wednesday September 23rd in the Chapel of
Stafford Family Funeral Home, Lynco, WV with Rev. Ernest Francis, III officiating. He will be laid to rest in Pine
Grove Cemetery, Ravencliff, WV. Military rites will be conducted by the Wyoming County Veterans Honor
Guard. Friends may gather with the family from 1 pm until time of service on Wednesday at the funeral home.
