"Marvin was preceded in death by His grandparents, Curtis and Oakley Rowe and Ayers and Sadie Mullins; father-in-law, Jimmy Stanley; and brother-in-law, Raymond Smith.

"Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, September 29, 2021, at 1 o’clock with Marvin’s mother-in-law, Reverend Johnnie Stanley, Pastor Kenney Green, and Deacon Jackie Dillon officiating at the Chapel of Fanning Funeral Home in Iaeger, WV. Burial will follow in the Powell Cemetery on Coon Branch Mountain near Iaeger, WV. Serving as pallbearers will be Franklin Mullins, Austin Dillon, Shawn and Travis Payne, Cody and Patrick Rowe, and Jamie and Jeremy Stanley. Honorary Pallbearers will be Josh Payne and men from the Garland Church of the Living God.
