"Ronnie Birchfield, 69, of Beaver, WV, formerly of Iaeger and Isaban passed away Wednesday, April 8, 2020 at his residence."Ronnie was born February 28, 1951, in Welch, WV, a son of the late Frank Birchfield, Sr. and Tennessee Justus Birchfield.
"In addition to his parents, Ronnie was preceded in death by one sister, Betty Kennedy and three brothers, Roger Birchfield, Teddy Birchfield and Frank Birchfield, Jr.
"Survivors include his wife of 45 years, Scherry Hurley Birchfield of the home; one son, Jeffery Birchfield also of the home; one brother Mack Birchfield (Beverly) of Panther; two sisters, Eloise Blevins of Athens and Thelma Jean Trent of Welch; and his cat Smokey.
" Private funeral services will be conducted Monday, April 13, 2020 at 12 o’clock with Pastor Rod Baker and Pastor Dennis Burks officiating at the Chapel of Fanning Funeral Home in Iaeger.
"Burial will follow in the Four Pole Cemetery at Mohawk.
"Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. In following the CDC guide lines we ask that social distancing be observed.
