"JANET LYNN VICKERS, 58 years of Whiteford, MD, died on Wednesday, October 25, 2017 in her home. Born on November 6, 1958 in Welch, WV, she was a daughter of Verla Lee (Arnold) Felts of Whiteford, MD and the late Arnold Dayton Felts. Janet was a 1976 graduate of North Harford High School in Pylesville, MD and had attended New Covenant Community Church in Delta, PA. Devoted to family, Janet was an amazing mother, and her grandchildren were the center of her life. She was always smiling, kind, light hearted and loving. Her family remarked she will be greatly missed, and they will be saddened without the joy she brought to their lives."In addition to her mother, she is survived by:
