"Bucyrus Telegraph Forum"BUCYRUS: Wanda "Bonnie" Bukovich, 79, of 4490 Monnett-Chapel Rd., Galion passed away on Thursday September 18, 2014 at home, she had been in failing health for the past year.
"Bonnie was born May 18, 1935 in Davy, WV to the late George W. and Beulah (Jackson) Green. She was married December 30, 1953 to John J. Bukovich who preceded her in death on April 15, 1992.
"In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by son Johnny Joe; brothers Charles, Jerry, Earl, Jack, and Leonard; as well as one sister Lily Mae.
"Bonnie is survived by son Wade and his wife Jackie; grandchildren Tony, Chad, Jonathan, Danielle, and Tasha; brothers Clark Green of Bucyrus and Danny Green of MI; sisters Ruth Mitchem of MI and Mary Paige of SC; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
"Bonnie moved to this area in 1973, was a homemaker and a member of Whetstone Baptist Church.
"Funeral Services will be held on Monday at 1:00 pm in the Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home with Rev. Larry Oxendine and Rev. Lewis Copley officiating, burial will follow in Whetstone Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 2-5 pm and one hour prior to the service on Monday.
