"Josephine "Patsy" Lester, 60, of the Bozoo Road, Peterstown, formerly of McDowell County, died Sunday, November 11, 2007 at Duke University Hospital, Durham, N.C."Born June 10, 1947, at Mohawk, she was the daughter of the late Troy Dotson and Claudia Hunt Dotson.
"Patsy was a devoted wife, mother, sister and homemaker. She enjoyed going to the beach and decorating her home for each season of the year. Patsy was of the Baptist faith and loved her family dearly.
"In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Dora Hatfield.
"Survivors: Her devoted husband, Gale Lester; a loving daughter, Crystal Gayle Lester of Duluth, Ga.; her siblings, Luther Dotson and wife Hazel of Mohawk, Heardie Dotson and wife Crickett of Iaeger, Russell Dotson of Paynesville, Ky., Marvin Dotson and wife Linda of Mohawk, Glen Dotson of Rich Creek, Va.; and her in-laws that she loved like family, Martha Barrows, Helen Patton, Joe Lester Jr., Douglas Dotson all of Princeton, Eunice Cheek, Michael Lester both of N.
