nephews Chadrick Walker of Mullens, Andrew Lusk of Herndon, Jeremy Ellis of Pineville, Jessie Richmond
of Asheboro, NC, Joshua Richmond of Asheboro, NC, Jeremiah Walker of Princeton and Justin Blackburn
of Huntington; five great nieces; twelve great nephews; and a host of other loving family and friends.

on Saturday June 23rd at the funeral home. In keeping with his wishes he will be cremated following the

"Kiethrell Mark Stiefer, Sr. 70, of Glen Morgan, WV went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, January 11, 2026 at Raleigh General Hospital, Beckley, WV surrounded by his loving family. He was born on April 3, 1955 in Jacksonville, TX a son of the late Edward “Buster” and Ruth Saulters Stiefer. He was a United States Air Force Veteran. He was a former Deputy Sheriff and Police Chief in Texas. He was a former truck driver and was a plant worker for Georgia Pacific in Mount Hope. In his later years he loved working as a CNA at Beckley Appalachian Regional Hospital until his illness wouldn’t allow him to. He was known for his love of God, and his love of family and friends, often giving some of them nicknames. He loved high school and college football, and especially loved deer hunting and posting videos. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by three brothers Elvis Stiefer, Ed Stiefer and Bobby Stiefer, a sister Mary Pitts, a brother-in-law Ricky “Cuz” Smith, and his first wife Renate Hartmann Stiefer. Those left to cherish his memory include his loving wife Karen “Krick” Hatfield Stiefer, his children Mickey Udy and girlfriend Marie, Kiethrell Mark “Bubba” Stiefer, Jr. and wife Melissa, Matthew Hatfield and wife Desirae, Michael Stiefer and wife Brooke, Tina Shields and husband Jeremy, Steven Stiefer, and grandchildren Briana Hanna and husband Dylan, Jessica Hines, Emilee Montos and husband Josh, Kiethrell Mark “BJ” Stiefer, III and wife Morgan, Katie Stiefer, Kasey Stiefer, Tyler “Worm” Hatfield, Kaleb “Baby K.” Hatfield, Paxton “Mr. P.” Stiefer, Rylan “Little R.” Stiefer, Kinley “Puddin” Stiefer and Saylor “Dumplin” Stiefer, four great grandchildren Landree, Lucy, and Luke Hanna, and Camryn Crews, three sisters Wanda Jones, Terri “Ret” Smith and Pam Willingham, and a host of other loving family and friends.
