She was born on November 18, 1935 in Hurley, VA a daughter of the late Grant and Lula Justice Little. Mary enjoyed sewing and canning food from her son, Floyd’s garden. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her two husbands Harlen Howard Blankenship and Ervin Morgan, two sons Jessie Blankenship and Harlen “Junior” Blankenship, a granddaughter Trista Blankenship, a grandson Teddy Hobert “Bubby” Toler, and a son-in-law Teddy Toler. Survivors include, a son Floyd Blankenship and wife Lou and their two sons Chris Blankenship and wife Allison of Fairdale, and Shane Blankenship of Oceana, a daughter Marie Toler of Clear Fork and her daughters Teddra Parsons and husband Dallas of Sun Hill and Gladys Toler of Clear Fork, grandchildren Harlen “Pumpkin” Blankenship, Missy Byrd and Amy Blankenship, her sisters Florence Looney and Bertha Justus, and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren and other loving family and friends. Funeral service will be held at 12 pm on Sunday, July 13th in the Chapel of Stafford Family Funeral Home, Lynco, WV with Rev. Tommy White and Bro. Chris Blankenship officiating. She will be laid to rest in the Blankenship Cemetery, Oceana, WV. Friends may gather with the family from 6-9 pm on Saturday, July 12th at the funeral home. "Clifford Wayne Toler, 67, of Bluefield, WV, passed away Wednesday, September 25, 2019 in Bluefield Regional Medical Center."Wayne was born August 13, 1952 on Belcher Mountain near Welch, WV, a son of the late Clifford Harrison and Ruby Marie Belcher Toler. Wayne graduated from Welch High School with a vocational degree in off set printing. He worked for 27 years in the coal mines in McDowell County; he then drove a school bus for 13 years before being forced to retire due to health problems. Wayne was a faithful member of the Lorton Lick Baptist Church where he served as usher. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and riding motorcycles.
